Step onto your mat and enjoy a gentle restorative yoga practice with calm music, dim lighting, and a warm cup of tea to go with it! This practice is designed to calm your mind with guided breathwork and aromatics from a warm cup of tea and calm your body with long yet sustainable holds in relaxing postures. With each pose, tension melts away as you surrender into the support of props, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of the class

Join Katie for a free (optional donation) fitness class each Saturday in December. Each week a different format will be offered and each format will focus on a different pillar of self-care. All fitness levels welcome!
