Hello, I’m Katie

RDN, LDN, RYT 200, ACE-GFI

As a registered dietitian, yoga teacher and group fitness instructor, I am passionate about the importance of mindful nutrition and fun movement for overall health and longevity. I am passionate about the role that taking care of the whole body and mind can have on overall health and well-being due to my own journey through a poor relationship with food and movement.

Whether your goal is to tend to digestive concerns such as gas, bloating and changes in bowel habits or to cultivate more mindful eating and movement experiences, Iwill be there to support you the whole way!

One-on-one sessions to discuss your wins and hurdles as well as in app messaging and food journal reviews are some of the ways she will assist you on your nutrition journey.

The Time in Between…

During my time in between nutrition counseling, instructing and teaching, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places! I enjoy visiting friends in Colorado for hiking adventures in the mountains or walking in the greenery of Wisconsin forests to identify and forage for mushrooms.

When I cannot get away, I enjoys cooking, gardening, sitting in coffee shops sipping warm drinks and watching my houseplants grow!
