Slow Flow | Virtual Class

Join Katie for a free (optional donation) fitness class each Saturday. Each week a different format will be offered and each format will focus on a different pillar of self-care. All fitness levels welcome!

  1. Sign up for class by filling out the form below!

  2. Add the event to your calendar and you will receive a link to join class the day before the event.

  3. Optional donation for class; scroll down to see “donation button”.

  4. Show up in the comfort of your home with the live-online class format. Log onto the event link during the scheduled date and time! Please note that event times are in central time!

For this class you’ll need yoga mat and optional props like blankets (under knees) and blocks or those old textbooks you haven’t picked up in a while.
