Yoga Flow | Virtual Class

Join Katie for a free (optional donation) fitness class on various Saturdays. Each class will be a different format and each format will focus on a different pillar of self-care. All fitness levels welcome!

  1. Sign up for class by filling out the form below!

  2. Add the event to your calendar and you will receive a link to for class after submitting the sign-up form.

  3. Optional donation for class; scroll down to see “donation button”.

  4. Show up in the comfort of your home with the live-online class format. Log onto the event link during the scheduled date and time! Please note that event times are in central time!

For this class you will need a yoga mat and optional blocks (or those textbooks you haven’t pulled out in a while) and a blanket (for under your knees).
