Read & Restore Yoga

This restorative yoga class combines the benefits of holding restful yoga poses with the joy of reading a few more chapters of your favorite book! During restorative yoga, restful postures are held for 3-5 minutes each to allow not just a muscular stretch, but also connective tissue release. During the poses, the instructor will create a quiet space to read a few pages before moving into another posture.
